1. Overview of the App

The App connects to a Merchant's store, automatically generates SEO blog articles based on product data, and publishes them to the store's blog. It selects products that fit the context of each article and inserts them as product cards within the article. It automatically updates the product information in published articles whenever a product's inventory status or publication status changes.

2. Information We Collect

To the extent necessary to provide the App, we collect the following information about Merchants.

The App requests only the following permissions (scopes) from Merchants: read_products (view products), read_inventory (view inventory), read_content (view content), write_content (create/edit content), and write_files (upload image and other files).

The App is not designed to collect or process personal information of a Merchant's customers (consumers), such as names, addresses, email addresses, or order information, and does not request permission to access such data.

3. Purpose of Use

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes.

• Generating and publishing SEO blog articles related to a Merchant's products
• Automatically updating product information in published articles in response to changes such as out-of-stock or unpublished status
• Providing, maintaining, improving the quality of, and troubleshooting the App
• Responding to inquiries from Merchants

4. Use of External Services and Disclosure to Third Parties

To generate articles and match them contextually with products, we send the minimum necessary data (product text, article text, instructions used for generation, etc.) to the following external services. We do not send Merchants' customers' personal information to these services.

These services may be located outside Japan, and data may be transferred internationally as a result. Each service handles data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. We do not provide Merchant information to third parties beyond what is necessary to achieve the purposes described above, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Retention Period and Deletion

• Access tokens, Merchant settings, and product vectors are retained for as long as necessary to provide the App.
• Upon Uninstallation: When the App is uninstalled, we receive an app/uninstalled notification from Shopify and delete the Merchant's access token.
• Data Deletion Requests (Mandatory Shopify Webhooks): Upon receiving a shop/redact request, we delete the Merchant's access token and vector data. We also support customers/data_request and customers/redact, although the App does not retain any personal information of customers.
• If a Merchant requests deletion for any other reason, please contact us using the information below.

6. Security Measures

We implement appropriate and necessary security measures, such as encrypting communications (HTTPS) and restricting access privileges, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we collect. Access tokens are not used for any purpose other than as described in this Policy.

7. Use of Cookies

The App's admin screen operates only to the extent necessary, such as to display connection status, and does not use cookies for advertising tracking purposes.

8. Merchant Rights

Merchants may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of information we hold about their own store. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.

9. Minors

The App is a service intended for businesses (Merchants) and is not intended for personal use by minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws or the content of our services. If we make a material change, we will provide notice by posting on this page or by other appropriate means.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
